Dear guests,

We are very pleased with your interest in staying at the Vyhlídka Residence.

To make sure you have all the information you need before booking or during your stay, we have put together a detailed guide that answers the most common questions.

The operation of Residence Vyhlídka is fully automated from the moment of booking to departure. The self-service reception is a system that makes it easy to check in and check out.

Information

ARRIVAL

If you complete the online check-in and the reservation is paid in full, you will receive a code to enter the Residence on the day of arrival and the same code is used to enter your room. The code is valid for the duration of your stay. If the online check-in is not completed, you will register at the entrance door of the Residence on a tablet, which will issue you the necessary code to enter the Residence and your room once you have completed all the formalities. If the reservation is not paid, we ask you to come to the reception of the main building of the Omnia Hotel.


CHECK-IN

Guests can check in from 15:00 and your room access code will be activated from this time. Please consult the Omnia Hotel reception for earlier arrival times.


CHECK-OUT

Guests must check out by 11:00 on the day of departure. The room code will automatically expire. If you wish to extend your stay, please make a new reservation or contact our staff. Please check-out on the tablet on the ground floor of the building. Late departure is possible until 15:00 after prior arrangement with the Omnia hotel receptionist for a fee of 500 CZK/20 EUR.

 

ACCOMMODATION REQUIREMENTS

According to current Czech law, you must show a valid ID card or passport to stay overnight in the accommodation facility.

INTERNET

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

ROOM AMENITIES

All apartments have a flat-screen satellite TV. They have a spacious bathroom with a shower or bath, where you will find toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The rooms include other basic amenities such as a cosmetic mirror, wardrobe hangers and more. In the rooms there is a fridge, coffee set (kettle, tea and coffee). 

PARKING

Private parking is available for a fee of 250 CZK/day in front of the building. Please book your parking space by email or via our website (you will receive a link after booking). Entering the license plate number is mandatory to complete the online check-in. If the license plate number is not entered in the reservation, it is necessary to come to the main building of the Omnia Hotel for check-in. Parking lots 1-7 are located directly in front of the Vyhlídka Residence, parking lots 8-17 are located across the street from the Vyhlídka Residence in a marked lot.
